Friends of DAPs Magic on Disneyland's 60th Anniversary

Welcome to the new MrDAPs.com

Welcome to the new MrDAPs.com. As we’ve continued to grow at dapsmagic.com, the photoblog that was once here was absorbed into the main website. At that point, there really wasn’t any reason to keep active with this site and I really wasn’t sure what I should do with it. Thankfully, I kept the URL with the thought that at some point I might have a use for it. And… I like it.

So here is an update for where things are at for me now. I’m continuing to run DAPs Magic on a daily basis and things are better than ever with the site. We have a fantastic team that really are the heartbeat of the site. We went through a big upgrade of the site and moved to a new host, with a new look, and even a new logo this year. All of this makes the site fit the brand that has grown and evolved through the last few years. I see the site flourishing in the coming years as we continue to grow and expand coverage through our various new endeavors and team members. We will continue to grow and make more friends from around the world and really, what could be more fun than that?

DAPs Magic is a lot of fun but it doesn’t pay any bills, other than its own. One thing I’ve always wanted with it is to not have money become a stumbling block as I’ve seen that get in the way of things all too often. My home business has continued to grow through the last seven years and I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to do a lot of cool things because of that. Most recently was a trip up to Portland, Oregon for some meetings and training. Next will be at trip to St. Louis. When not traveling, I’m helping people build international businesses from their kitchen tables while also being healthier. It is a lot of fun helping people see the possibilities of what could be instead of what is.

As I’ve continued to build my business, I also have become involved with the Reliv Kalogris Foundation. This is an organization dedicated to feeding people, mainly kids, around the globe on a daily basis. What I like about them a lot is they feed the same kids every day. They also are working to ensure these kids have a future. This means that they are frequently partnering with other organizations to make sure the kids are getting education and getting hope for a future. This is an organization that I can say I really liked from the moment I learned about it. This went from my head to my heart after getting to visit Haiti and see the Reliv Kalogris Foundation at work on the front lines. In the future I will be sharing more of my experiences and thoughts about this in future blogs. Heck, I could probably write a book about it but I’ll keep things short and hopefully you will find these future posts worth reading.

Finally, I’ve been continuing my work with PR and Social Media. I have been working with several people and organizations through the year to help them with their publicity and social media strategies. This has led to some incredible friendships and opportunities. Currently I’m doing some work with a world wide television ministry that has been a lot of fun and is also quite rewarding.

As you can see, I’m pretty busy. However as I’ve looked at my current life from the big picture it all comes down to a common purpose of positively influencing the world around me. Life’s an adventure with its ups and downs but on this blog I hope to share a few of these adventures and also share some tips to success that have helped me along the way as well. I hope you’ll join this adventure with me!

Make it a GREAT day!
